By accessing or using the Flowerhoney website, placing an order, or contacting our atelier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.
Flowerhoney offers artisanal wax print textiles, made-to-measure tailoring, Bissap hibiscus elixirs, and related products handcrafted in Kinshasa. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
When you place an order, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and complete. Prices are listed in Congolese Francs (FC) and may be displayed in other currencies for your convenience. Payment is required at the time of order unless another arrangement has been agreed with the atelier. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or an error in pricing.
Custom and made-to-measure pieces are created according to the measurements and instructions you provide. Please confirm your measurements carefully, as pieces tailored to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a fault on our part.
We arrange delivery within Kinshasa and, where available, to other regions of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or courier availability. We will keep you informed of the status of your delivery through WhatsApp or the contact details you provide.
Ready-made items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Bissap elixirs and other consumable products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. To request a return, contact us at Contact@Flowerhoney.store.
All content on this site, including the Flowerhoney name, logo, product designs, photography, and written material, is the property of Flowerhoney and protected under applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our written permission.
