Flowerhoney is an atelier based in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, offering artisanal wax print textiles and Bissap hibiscus elixirs. We collect the details you give us directly when you place an order, request a custom design, or message our atelier. This includes your name, phone number, delivery address, email, and payment information for the transaction. We use your information to process and deliver your orders, arrange made-to-measure tailoring, respond to your questions, send order confirmations and updates, and prevent fraud. With your consent, we may also send you occasional messages about new collections, Bissap releases, and atelier events. You can opt out of these messages at any time.

We share it only with the people and partners who help us serve you, such as delivery couriers in Kinshasa, the payment provider that processes your transaction, and our messaging tools (WhatsApp and email).
